60 Richmond Street East

This 11-story residential building built as a housing co-operative, contains 85 units, a ground floor training kitchen and classroom areas. The building features a central light-well that the living units surround. This building was completed for hospitality-sector workers requiring relocation due the Regent Park re-development. This project has been featured in several publications including Canadian Architect and Architectural Digest.
